Shipping and Returns
General Order Information
Orders can not be modified, changed or cancelled after checkout.
If you have question regarding our items before you place an order or are having technical issues with placing your order, please call 615-225-8782 or email customer service at customer firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Items can be returned or exchange up to 5 days after original purchase. Items must not be worn and returned with all tags and in original purchased conditions.
Returned items will be charged shipping fee to reship and you will be notified by email the shipping fee. Items to be reshipped may take up to 14 business days depending on item availability. If items are not available for exchange a full refund will be issued and can take 7- 14 business days.
We have the right to refuse exchanges or refunds if purchased items have been worn, damaged or not in original condition.
We use UPS for all shipment. A tracking number will be provided to track your order once your items has been shipped.
